The Thermal Arc Dragster 85 is a DC inverter arc welding power supply designed for light duty Stick and TIG welding. Easy to use controls allow the operator to select an output range from 5 to 85 amps using power from a standard 115 VAC 20 amp circuit. This is an ideal unit for welding material up to 3/16in in thickness using 1/16in to 3/32in 6013 or stainless steel electrodes or TIG welding mild steel using the scratch start method. This unit will not TIG weld aluminum. Rated output: 85A@23.4V 25% Duty Cycle. Kit includes Dragster 85 power source, power cord and plug, 125 amp 12.5ft air cooled TIG torch with accessory kit, work clamp with 9ft cable, stick electrode holder with 9ft cable, Argon regulator, carry case, carry strap and operating manual.
