SK Expert2 1000V Insulated Tools Are Tested Five Ways For Your Safety

• 1.Immersion Test - Every tool is individually tested to 10000V at the end of the manufacturing cycle 
• 2. Penetration Test - After the most vulnerable part of the tool is penetrated, no breakdown or flashover should occur when 5000V are applied for 3 minutes 
• 3. Insulation Adhesion Test - After the tool is heated to 70C and a 50Kg force is applied, the sheath and guard should remain bonded to the metal 
• 4. Non-Flammability Test - After the tool is exposed to a flame for 10 seconds, the flame spread over the tool should be minimal 
• 5.Impact Test - After the tool is chilled to -25C, the sheathing should not crack when a force is applied to the handle end
